Story of OAK
Over 200 years ago an oak tree was planted in King’s Field in the historic town of Port Hope. For decades this majestic oak tree has been the backdrop for generations of family photos. The oak tree symbolizes longevity, life and health, spiritualism, family unity, and wisdom. From the simple backdrop of symbolisms comes OAK the Power of Energy Healing bringing together two Master Practitioners that are formally Usui trained and part of the lineage.
Reiki is an energy that works on the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. The technique increases one’s Universal Energy that brings the body back into balance to promote an equilibrium and healthier life. Usui is the most common style of Reiki that you will most likely come across.

OUR MISSION
Oak’s mission is to offer professional energy healing and coaching, locally and globally, to people and pets. We aim to offer individualized energy healing services, through Reiki and coaching, to start the healing journey through a confidential, non-invasive, and non-judgmental experience. Oak aims to follow the Canadian Reiki Association Scope of Practice and perform to the highest standards of professionalism for clients and the public.
DYNAMIC TEAM
Phil has spent over 30 years on nuclear chemistry dealing with energy. Tonya has more than 20 years as a registered nurse, teaching, coaching, and offering healing energy to people. Together this dynamic team has adopted numerous furry friends, cats, and dogs. You might even meet Hope or Roman, attuned Reiki healing animals, during an appointment.
